Friction saw blades can reach diameters up to 1,000mm and are produced from high tensile steels up to 950 N/MM2. The cutting principle essentially works by melting the material due to its high velocity working speed. Chrome Vanadium / Nickel bodies are tensioned, annealed and tempered which guarantees superior durability. Optional tooth forms are available subject to application requirements, hot steels/tubes/steel girders. We can re-sharpen the dulled teeth, which is essential before the blades start to fracture.
